Inside-Out Care Duo (spray + 5 masks)

Two products, one simple routine: the Inside-Out Care Duo combines daily support from within with visible hydrating care from outside. It contains 1 vitamin D3+K2 sublingual spray (10 ml) and 1 box of 5 hydrating sheet masks (15 ml each). A food supplement and a cosmetic product — not an in vitro diagnostic.

What is included

• 1 × vitamin D3+K2 spray: orange-flavoured sublingual spray, 10 ml, approx. 71 sprays — the inside step.
• 1 × box of 5 hydrating masks: individually packed, serum-soaked sheet masks of 15 ml each — the outside step.

How to use — step 1 · inside (daily)

1. Shake before use.
2. Apply one spray under the tongue (not onto lips, teeth or throat).
3. Let it absorb for about 1 minute, then swallow. Do not rinse immediately.

Recommended intake: 1–2 sprays daily (1,000–2,000 IU vitamin D3). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

How to use — step 2 · outside (as needed)

1. Start with freshly cleansed skin.
2. Unfold the sheet mask and smooth it onto the face.
3. Leave on for 15–30 minutes.
4. Remove the mask and gently massage the remaining serum into the skin.

Spray — composition (per spray)

• Vitamin D3: 25 µg (1,000 IU) — 500 % NRV
• Vitamin K2: 15 µg — 20 % NRV
• Spray: 0.12 ml · approx. 71 applications per bottle

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting.

Spray ingredients: water, humectant (glycerol), sunflower oil, emulsifier (lecithin (soya)), vitamin D3, flavouring (orange peel oil), vitamin K2, antioxidant (vitamin E). Vegan, GMO- and gluten-free, alcohol-free. Made in Germany.

Allergen: contains soya.

• Hydration: sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, betaine, trehalose, propylene glycol
• Skin appearance: niacinamide, licorice root extract, green tea extract, soluble collagen
• Comfort botanicals: Centella asiatica, chamomile, Scutellaria baicalensis, rosemary extract
• Premium cosmetic: palmitoyl tripeptide-38, Crithmum maritimum extract, hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin

No added perfume oil. The packaging states all skin types; it is positioned especially for dry, sensitive or mature skin.

• Fill volume: 10 ml spray · 15 ml serum per mask
• Storage of the spray: closed, dry, protected from light, 5–25 °C. Store the masks dry and protected from light.
• Shelf life: spray 24 months unopened from the date of manufacture; mask see the date printed on the pack.
